Playgrounding

There are different ways of playing. Play cathegories, if you wish. On your own and with your friends. With good friends and with friends you don't know so well. When you're full of energy and when you're tired. With or without toys. (And with those of your own and those of others.) And so on and so forth.
Playground playing is a cathegory of its own. For kids my age, it tends to be quite asocial unless you have your very best friends around. Yet, competition for the different attractions is stiff. Stiff and silent. You watch each other. And make a run for it when the motor bike becomes available. If you are the one to reach it first, the victory is sweet as honey. If you don't, you make a sharp turn and go for something else, pretending that you were never really interested in that bike anyway. And then you guard your position in the playhouse, 'cos you need a base from which you can keep an eye on the others and the availability.
