A couple of days before Antonia's first birthday (August 6, by the way), I would only do my circus tricks at times of my own choosing - definitely not when asked to by dad. And Antonia wouldn't walk. Actually, Toshia wouldn't walk later on in August either, so dad's wish was a bit premature there.
